Hi Alan, Just wanted to thank you for a very professional job you done on our St. Bernard, you had your work cut out for you but you done it with great patience and hes a different dog with his big coat gone, we have received loads of compliments on how well he looks and its down to you for making that happen, I would highly recommend you and Sandra for your expertise especially with a big dog of his stature! Hi alan and sandra.
A very big thanks to both of you for looking after Molly on Saturday! She was very nervous about the experience but ye both couldn’t have been more gentle and kind to her, I’m sure she ate nearly all your biscuits!! A week on she still looks fab and is still wearing her bow! We will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend your service to anyone as it’s obvious you have a love for dogs and it’s not just a business. Thanks again! Laura and Molly the lab : )

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the fantastic job you did with Ziggy. When I got him home they didn’t recognise him! You were so gentle and welcoming towards him, I will definitely be back – and I will be highly recommending you to anyone I know looking for a dog grooming service! Your tips on keeping him right were also fantastic, thanks so much again.

Sorry for the delay in sending you this note, but wanted to Thank you both so much for all the hard work, time and effort you made with Charlie (the German Shepherd!!)

His coat looks so well and is growing back fast, so we’ll be back to vist you next year if you’ll have us again

You both did a fantastic job & Charlie is so much happier with his shorter coat in this warm weather, Thanks Again.

Dear Alan & Sandra,
My sister highly recommended you. Thank you for grooming Pepper so beautifully today.
I love the little tuft of hair you left on her head
When we returned home she did her lap of honour, played happily & is now sound asleep.
I must admit I was nervous leaving her with a new groomer as she has been groomed by the same lady for four years.
Pepper’s happiness & health is most important to us. So thank you so much for taking good care of her & making both Pepper & myself feel at ease and welcome.

Hi Alan and Sandra,
This is my first ever testimonial, but I felt I had to thank you for the great job you did on our big dog Shaggy last week. He’s not so shaggy anymore, by the way! You did a wonderful job with him. He’s an older dog but it was his first time to the groomers and you made him and us (my daughter and I)feel right at home. You took such care with him – washing, shaving, trimming and tweaking until he was perfect! The response from the rest of the family was brilliant! We got married on Friday but Shaggy was the star of the show! He’s a happy dog now with all his shaggy hair gone; looks much lighter and is enjoying the good weather!

Just want to say a huge thanks to the both of you from Buddy. He came home a new dog, no more hairs all over the house for me either. Thank you for taking such good care of him, he mighten of been the easiest at first but with the way you both took care of him i think he will be running into you both the next time. A big thank you, will definitly be recommending Happy Paws to all buddys friends mams, thanks

PS – The aftershave went down a treat, Buddy had a good few admirers walking home

Sandra and Alan had my Kerry Blue/Dauschund cross today for his first grooming. I found them FANTASTIC. Whitestripe was extremely nervous and they did their very best to make him comfortable. He looks amazing too. I can’t fault them at all. Because he is a cross, they were very tentative to his coat and did their best to make him look as good as possible. He smells fantastic too which the kids love. And as a really cute touch he had a beautiful blue bow on his collar for my arrival. . I would Highly recommend them to anyone. They truely do love dogs and it shows. Thanks so much and we’ll see you again soon
