Sandra & Alan, I just wanted to thank you so so much for the great job you did with Magnum. He was so badly traumatised from the previous grooming that he got and you were so patient with him this time. We didnt know how much he had been affected. My husband told me it took him and the two of you to hold him to work on him and you spent three hours on him !!!! I dont think anyone else would have had the patience or care to do that. We will definitely be back (oh NO !!! you say!) Thanks so much again (and thanks from Magnum too)

Hi Alan & Sandra,

Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job on our 7 month old puppy Benji (Schih Tzu/ Bichon cross)today. You were both so professional and friendly and it was so obvious that you are animal lovers. It was Benji’s first visit to a groomers and he was a bit terrified, however you managed to calm him and handle him in the way everyone would want their dog handled by a groomer. It was so nice that we were able to stay for the entire time and see how it all worked as the kids were very anxious at the thought of leaving him somewhere without us. It was particularly good for the kids to see how fantastic you were with their little puppy.
We certainly will be back and will highly recommend you to any dog owners we know.

Hi Alan, Just wanted to thank you for a very professional job you done on our St. Bernard, you had your work cut out for you but you done it with great patience and hes a different dog with his big coat gone, we have received loads of compliments on how well he looks and its down to you for making that happen, I would highly recommend you and Sandra for your expertise especially with a big dog of his stature! A very big thanks to both of you for looking after Molly on Saturday! She was very nervous about the experience but ye both couldn’t have been more gentle and kind to her, I’m sure she ate nearly all your biscuits!! A week on she still looks fab and is still wearing her bow! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the fantastic job you did with Ziggy. When I got him home they didn’t recognise him! You were so gentle and welcoming towards him, I will definitely be back – and I will be highly recommending you to anyone I know looking for a dog grooming service!
