Hello to All Dog Lovers: Happy Paws is home away from home. My dog Susie was treated like a queen, she even got a little red bow as her appointment was just before xmas. Sandra & Alan were so kind, caring and professional and I will be recommending them both to all that I know. When I collected my baby girl, she was so happy and relaxed, and when she’s happy so am I. From the minute I met you I felt reassured that you were going to look after Daisy, my mini schnauzer! And look after her you did. She came home a new dog……up on the sofa and everything, she never did that before. The reason she did it was that even SHE knew she was spotless and fresh as a Daisy…pardon the pun! With Alan and Sandra I didnt feel rushed and they took their time in meticulously grooming Daisy, who might I add was very badly matted. They also gave me plenty of advice and helped me to my car. Sandra and Alan had my Kerry Blue/Dauschund cross today for his first grooming. I found them FANTASTIC. Whitestripe was extremely nervous and they did their very best to make him comfortable. He looks amazing too. I can’t fault them at all. Because he is a cross, they were very tentative to his coat and did their best to make him look as good as possible. He smells fantastic too which the kids love. And as a really cute touch he had a beautiful blue bow on his collar for my arrival. . I would Highly recommend them to anyone. This is my first ever testimonial, but I felt I had to thank you for the great job you did on our big dog Shaggy last week. He’s not so shaggy anymore, by the way! You did a wonderful job with him. He’s an older dog but it was his first time to the groomers and you made him and us (my daughter and I)feel right at home. You took such care with him – washing, shaving, trimming and tweaking until he was perfect! The response from the rest of the family was brilliant! We got married on Friday but Shaggy was the star of the show! He’s a happy dog now with all his shaggy hair gone; looks much lighter and is enjoying the good weather!
